Returns Policy

If you receive your purchase and wish to return it then please contact us by email (buybespokebaskets@gmail.com) within 7 days of receiving your basket to inform us of your return. You will be responsible for the shipping cost associated with the return of the basket.

Please return the basket to us within 14 days of receiving it and we will provide you with a full refund including your initial shipping cost within 7 days of receiving the basket back into our warehouse.

Please ensure you arrange for the basket to be delivered back to us in the condition you received it in as we cannot accept returns for damaged items.

If your basket is damaged on arrival please notify us by email within 7 days of receiving the basket and we will arrange for the basket to be picked up and a refund or exchange will be processed within 7 days of our receipt of the basket.

Delivery

Delivery is free on all orders over £100 for customers in UK, including Northern Ireland.

Your items will be delivered within 5-14 days from date of order, or up to 21 days for our Liberty range.

We will notify you as soon as your items are booked for delivery with our courier with an estimated delivery date.
